This is a short, plain-language note about how RxWorkbench handles information.

Feedback form

Our feedback form (Google Forms) collects only what you choose to type into it. Responses are stored in a Google Sheet owned by RxWorkbench and are used only to improve our workflows.

No patient information

Please never enter patient information (PHI) or confidential institutional data into the form, into email to us, or into any AI tool. If you send it by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.

Email

If you email us, we use your address only to reply and, if you asked to join the beta, to send beta updates. You can ask to be removed at any time.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers, tracking cookies, or third-party fonts. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless service, to count page visits in aggregate. It does not identify you or track you across other sites.
